Competition Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility:
The competition is open to residents of Australia only.
The competition will run for 4 consecutive weeks, starting from Monday 5 February 2024. Entries will close at 11.59 pm on Monday 4 March 2024
The winner will be drawn on Thursday 7 March 2024 and notified via email within two (2) days of the prize draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected, and the original winner will forfeit any prize.
- How to Enter:
Entrants must subscribe to Claudio Kirac’s mailing list and complete the entry form, including the name of the pop culture character they would like commissioned if they win. Entrants must remain subscribed for the duration of the competition to be eligible.
The winner will be notified via email and must follow the instructions within the email to redeem the prize.
- Prize:
The winner will receive an original 60 x 60 cm artwork on canvas valued at $2000. Claudio Kirac will paint an original commission onto the canvas, inspired by the winner’s selected pop culture character. The artwork creation is at the sole discretion of the artist.
The prize includes delivery to an Australian address (PO Boxes excluded).
The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.
- Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place within four (4) days of the competition closing date.
The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
- Prize Claim:
The winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the stipulated time, a new winner may be selected.
- Delivery:
The artwork will be delivered to the winner's provided Australian address.
The delivery timeframe is subject to the artist's schedule, and the winner will be notified of the estimated delivery date.
- Exclusions:
The prize does not include any additional expenses, taxes, or fees.
PO Boxes are excluded from the delivery address options.
- Publicity:
By entering the competition, participants grant permission to pass their email address to Claudio Kirac for the purpose of receiving marketing communications.
By entering the competition, participants agree to Claudio Kirac sharing a photo of the final commission on social media and other marketing channels with the winner holding the painting.
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes by Claudio Kirac.
- Privacy:
Personal information collected will be used for the competition and may be disclosed to third parties for this purpose.
- General Conditions:
Claudio Kirac reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This competition is in no way affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by Instagram or Facebook.
