'Big Moon Narna’ or ‘Big Moon Sleeps’ is a collection of recent paintings and drawings encompassing both my landscape and character-based works.

Exploring the narrative of our human connection with the sun, moon and stars.

A kind of magic – it seems – when viewed through the eyes of my two-year-old son.

My abstract work is a journey through harmony, equilibrium and hope for our ever-evolving world. Through intuitive use of colour and mark-making, my works capture an instinctive response to the ceaseless flux of modern life, unveiling themselves as abstracted landscapes. They stand as a testament to the transformative power of art, reflecting a hope for a harmonious and balanced world.

Showing alongside a series of character-based works which draw from nostalgia and employ a style that I have fostered throughout my 30-year career as an artist. They’re often inspired by pop culture icons that have been a part of my life journey, from childhood through adulthood and now, in becoming a father.

Each piece carries personal significance – a shared family experience translated into a relatable visual narrative. My hope is that these artworks bring a sense of joy and connection to those who, like me, value our shared memories and experiences.
